In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through efficient stock replenishment, merchandising, and transaction processing at the till points. Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:
   • Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
   • Assist customers in locating products and addressing any queries or complaints.
2. Cashier Duties:
   • Process cash and card payments accurately.
   • Handle lay-bys and customer refunds.
   • Report discrepancies and issues to the supervisor and ensure till balancing.
3. Merchandising:
   • Ensure stock is correctly priced and displayed.
   • Maintain product availability on the sales floor.
   • Keep the store tidy and up to date with promotions.
4. Risk Management:
   • Ensure products are tagged according to company policy.
   • Participate in stock takes and monitor for shoplifting or fraudulent activities, reporting any suspicious behavior to management.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus).
