**Position:** Caregiver
**Location:** Ronshaven Care Center
Ronshaven Care Center is seeking experienced, dedicated, and compassionate caregivers to join our team.
### Responsibilities:
**Personal Care:**
– Assist residents with personal hygiene, incontinence care, dressing, feeding, and companionship, as per the care plan.
– Document all activities on our electronic system, Healthware, using the provided company cellphone.
**Administration and Reporting:**
– Timestamp and chart all activities on Healthware following company procedures.
– Promptly report any changes or concerns in a resident’s condition to the duty sister.
**Patient Care (According to Care Plan):**
– Follow the care plan diligently and document activities on Healthware.
– Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents, aligning with the care plan.
– Report any health and safety contraventions to the duty sister.
### Education and Qualifications:
– Recognized caregiver training from a reputable organization is advantageous.
– SETA accreditation is advantageous.
### Specific Requirements:
– No criminal record.
– Clear credit record.
– Contactable references.
