**SITA E-Learning Platform Consultant**
**Job Details:**
We are seeking a motivated E-Learning Platform Consultant to join our dynamic team at SAPPI in Durban. In this role, you will be instrumental in setting up, building, and customizing our online learning platform. Your primary responsibilities will include loading training materials onto learning platforms, integrating essential digital tools, and collaborating closely with various stakeholders to develop engaging online learning programs.
**Key Responsibility Areas:**
– Conduct thorough assessments to identify client learning needs and objectives.
– Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans for e-learning initiatives.
– Design and develop engaging e-learning content using multimedia and interactive modules.
– Provide training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of e-learning tools.
– Review and test e-learning materials to ensure alignment with learning objectives.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
– Minimum 3-year National Diploma/Degree in Multimedia e-learning design, Adult Education, or related field.
– Certification in ETD Practices is required.
– 6-7 years of practical experience, including 3 years in e-learning content development and Learning Management Systems administration.
**Technical Competencies:**
– Knowledge of training methodologies, learning content development theories, and best practices.
– Familiarity with assessment methodologies and tools.
– Understanding of HR processes, policies, and stakeholder management principles.
