Key Requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate or Equivalent: A fundamental educational background is essential for this role, ensuring you have the necessary skills to excel in your responsibilities.
Code 8 Driver’s License: The ability to operate a vehicle is crucial, as you may be required to travel within the park for various tasks.
Physically Fit: As a General Worker, you’ll engage in diverse tasks that demand physical prowess. Your capability to handle these tasks efficiently is paramount.
Clean Criminal Record (SAPS Verification Required): Upholding the highest standards of integrity and trustworthiness is non-negotiable. A clean criminal record is mandatory, verified through SAPS.
General Knowledge: While not mandatory, familiarity with geysers, tiling, painting, air conditioning, and refrigeration will be advantageous, enhancing your versatility within the role.
Responsibilities:
As a valued member of the Technical Department, you will report directly to the Technical Officer. Your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to maintenance, repairs, and support across various facilities within the park. Weekend and public holiday work may be required to ensure the seamless operation of park facilities and services.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous general working experience.
Payment Range:
We offer a competitive payment range of R 123,884.89 – R 165,767.11, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
