Job Description:
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) presents exciting opportunities in our Manufacturing & Technical department. We seek young, talented individuals for Packaging Learnership roles at Devland, Midrand, and Wadeville in CCBSA. The successful candidate will report directly to the Training Controller.
Key Purpose:
This qualification aims to fully develop learners within the food and beverage packaging environment, offering recognition, mobility, and portability within beverage manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods. Learners will complete the National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging, NQF Level 3 Learnership.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Learnership: The learner will gain exposure to:
Bottling processes and procedures
Safety and housekeeping standards
Quality tests and specifications
Food handling practices
Key Attributes and Competencies:
Self-motivated
Attention to detail
Ability to interact effectively in teams
Ability to work effectively in teams
Skills, Experience & Education:
Qualifications:
Grade 12 with Mathematics (NOT Mathematics Literacy) and physical sciences passed with 40%
Two South African Languages passed with 40%
Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company or organization
Other Requirements:
South African Citizen
Employment Equity candidate
Unemployed at the time of appointment
Age: 18-35 years
Willingness to commit to a 12-month learnership program
General:
A learner pursuing this Qualification must obtain a minimum of 120 credits over 12 months.
