From stock replenishment to efficient transaction processing, your role encompasses various facets of retail operations. Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Excellent Customer Service: Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing queries, complaints, and assisting with product inquiries.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Tenacity: Demonstrate resilience and determination in fulfilling duties effectively.
High Energy Levels: Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, maintaining enthusiasm and drive throughout your shift.

Previous Retail Experience: While advantageous, it’s not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Assist customers in locating products, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints to enhance their shopping experience.
Cashier Duties: Process cash and card payments, manage Lay Bys, handle customer refunds, and maintain till accuracy through balancing.
Merchandising: Ensure accurate pricing and attractive product displays, maintain product availability, and stay updated on promotions.
Risk Management: Adhere to company policies by tagging products, participating in stock takes, and vigilantly monitoring for shoplifting or fraudulent activities.
Adherence to Company Values: Consistently embody Ackermans’ values, policies, and procedures in all aspects of your work.
