Key Responsibilities:
Attendance Record Management: Collaborate with office personnel to maintain accurate attendance records. Safeguard records in the Area Office for easy access during audits or queries, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Petty Cash Monitoring: Oversee the petty cash account for your designated office, as well as monitor the petty cash accounts of reporting offices. Review reconciliation reports received from reporting offices and promptly report any discrepancies to the area manager for corrective action implementation.
Requirements:
Education: A minimum of Grade 12 is required.
Qualifications: Possess a FAIS recognized qualification.
Regulatory Certifications: RE 5 certification is mandatory, while RE 1 certification will be advantageous.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office suite, Email, and Internet usage.
Industry Experience: Demonstrate 2-3 years of proven experience in the life insurance industry with a focus on client services.
Domain Knowledge: Have an in-depth understanding of insurance practices, standards, and regulations.
Intermediary Relations: Experience in dealing with intermediaries is essential for effective collaboration and communication.
