Ingredients
3 cups cake or plain flour
3 tbs of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
3tsp of yeast
1 tbs of cooking oil
1 and below half cups of water
1 egg
Method
In a large bowl add all of your dry ingredients and mix until well mixed.
Add wet ingredients to a separate bowl and mix.
In the larger bowl, pour in the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix, until well combined.
Proceed to knead and mix for 10-15 mins until its no longer sticky, the dough will eventually become elastic
Oil a bowl place your dough covers it with cling wrap and allow to rise.
In a large pan, heat some oil until medium heat, then drop in some measured dough into the oil and fry until golden brown.
You can adjust the measurements of sugar to your liking.
Serve while still howls.
Tip: always add an egg to your dough
