My ex-policeman is giving me a hard time #hot A former wife of a Mfuleni SAPS police officer in Cape Town says the policeman is giving her a hard time. The woman says she left their house after he “threw my clothes outside” the house they were renting. He threatened to kill her if she didn’t leave.
After she left, the policeman allegedly followed her and set off a petrol bomb at the new place she had moved to. She believes the man is jealous. The woman says her car is under her (ex-husband) name and alleges that the husband opened a case at the Mfuleni SAPS where he works, claiming that the woman stole the car.
“I spent the whole weekend in the police cells at the Mfuleni police station where he works, on Monday I was released, the police told me the case had been dropped,” the woman said. She decided to leave the house that had been bombed and moved to Khayelitsha, and the man followed her again. This time, he opened fire outside her house.
“I don’t know how he knew where I was because I moved in secretly,” the woman said. Three police cases were opened against him but he has not been arrested.
