Fidelity Services Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Query Clerk to join our team in Polokwane, Limpopo. Job Responsibilities

As a Query Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling Customer Queries: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on customer feedback and issues for management review.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as required to support the branch’s operations.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A minimum of Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 Certificate.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingualism is an advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interaction skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
