This role involves the handling of firearms and compliance with legal regulations. Candidates must submit a valid medical certificate confirming their fitness to carry a firearm before employment, although this is not required for initial interviews.

Role Responsibilities:

• Safeguard and handle valuables in transit while driving a company vehicle.
• Maintain vehicle standards and adhere to company procedures.
• Conduct vehicle audits and ensure all equipment is functional.
• Report incidents and comply with traffic regulations.
• Participate in health and safety forums and adhere to safety policies.

 

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Grade 12 education.
• Valid PSIRA Certification and PDP License.
• CIT Certificate and valid SAPS Firearm Competency for Business Purposes.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-risk environment.
• Strong teamwork and adherence to policies.
