• Ringing up purchases and accepting payments
• Issuing accurate receipts and balancing the till
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean working environment
• Answering incoming calls, transferring or redirecting them as necessary
• Taking accurate messages and handling customer queries
• Assisting with general administration tasks
• Upholding and promoting the company values and culture

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification
• Relevant product system knowledge
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
