Job Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Receive and manage calls from customers/passengers, addressing inquiries related to delays, cancellations, and other issues.
- Problem Solving: Provide clear explanations of processes and assist customers effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a team, often requiring longer hours and shift work.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Communication: Engage with customers both verbally and in writing to ensure a high level of service.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of Grade 12.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in a call centre environment; experience in travel or a relevant qualification is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Strong computer literacy and phone etiquette.
- No criminal or credit record.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours as required. Own transport is preferred.
