Key Responsibilities
As a Mobile Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Managing branch operations, including customer bets, cash management, and pay-outs.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Reaching sales targets and promoting the mobile brand to attract new customers.
- Registering new customer accounts and processing FICA documentation.
- Assisting customers in navigating the mobile betting application and utilizing sign-up bonuses.
- Ensure accurate cash-up procedures and report any discrepancies.
- Manage time effectively and submit clock-in times to the Store Manager.
- Potentially moving between branches as operational needs arise.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or promotions.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of operating systems, particularly Mobile TUV (top-up voucher) processes.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
