Job Description:
Key performance areas include but are not limited to:
- Report to the exam office prior to each exam session.
- Secure exam papers and materials at all times.
- Ensure exam venues are set out to standard.
- Admit students into exam venues.
- Identify, seat, and instruct students during exams.
- Distribute exam papers and materials to students and address candidate queries.
- Basic numeracy skills are required.

Application Criteria:
Qualifications/Experience:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification from a SAQA-accredited institution.
- Experience as an invigilator at VUT will be prioritized.
- Age requirement: 25 – 60 years.
- Unemployed graduates and individuals not currently registered or recently graduated (within the last two years) from VUT are encouraged to apply.
Skills:

- Capability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of examination processes.
