Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer needs regarding fuel and lubricants.
- Balance fuel sales at the end of each shift.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve problems effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers receive the correct fuel for their vehicles.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 / NQF 4
- Experience: Entry-level position; experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Numerate and able to perform well under pressure.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written communication skills.
- Teamwork and organizational skills.
- Personal resilience and planning capabilities.
- Other: Clean criminal record is mandatory.
