Reference Number: BIL240724-1 Bidvest International Logistics in Port Elizabeth is seeking a dedicated Administration Clerk to join our team.

 

This role is vital in ensuring that all invoicing and documentation processes are executed accurately and timely, in alignment with our key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that payment listings are prepared and distributed promptly.
  • Identify any issues of concern and escalate them to the Supervisor for resolution.
  • Assist with customer queries and provide support to team members to maintain service levels.
  • Manage work in progress (WIP) reports and ACR reports, ensuring all documents are visible on the client’s system.
  • Uphold the values of the organization in all interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Matric certificate is essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the freight industry is required.

 

  • Skills: Good working knowledge of administration and invoicing processes.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
