Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 Qualification
Alternative Grade 11 with 2 years’ experience in Security Industry (Service Letter required)
PSIRA Grade C accredited and registered
Optional: Firearm Competency for business purposes (Handgun/Rifle/Shotgun)
No criminal record
Willing to undergo criminal checks regularly
Must be physically fit
Advantage given to local citizens
Key Performance Specifications:
Report writing
Safeguarding
Patrolling
Access Control (Vehicle and Pedestrian)
Completing relevant registers
Standard duties as per training
Other Personality Attributes & Core Competencies:
Good communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Able to follow instructions accurately
Professional conduct
Fluent in English (Verbal and writing)
