Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Call Centre Agents. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via telephone and other communication channels. Your primary objective will be to address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Provide customer service via telephone and other media, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Drive growth and profitability while managing costs within approved budgets.

Exceed customer expectations by delivering proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.

Maintain expert knowledge on products, pricing, application procedures, and processing timelines.

Ensure professionalism in all client communications, garnering compliments and satisfaction.

 

Meet client investigation deadlines and keep clients informed throughout the process.

Efficiently handle administrative tasks, including planning, reporting, and updating information.

Comply with legislative and audit requirements to uphold governance standards.

Enhance service productivity and performance within the Call Centre.

 

Accurately record all client interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

Provide reports on Call Centre activities and recommend strategies for improvement.

Demonstrate a solutions-oriented mindset and think creatively to address challenges.

Exhibit excellent telephone etiquette and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel skills.

 

Possess a minimum NQF 5 qualification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Call Centre environment.

Knowledge of cash management and cash center processing is beneficial.
