Job Purpose:
As an In-Service Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Microbiology laboratory and contributing to our value chain. Your responsibilities will include equipment and workplace maintenance, sample analysis, value chain support, result reporting and analysis, non-conformance troubleshooting, and adherence to ABInBev VPO work practices. You’ll work collaboratively within teams to achieve our goals.
Minimum Requirements:
ND in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology (all subjects completed)
Proficiency in computer programs
Strong analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Mental alertness and sound judgment
Problem-solving aptitude
Precision and accuracy in work
Exceptional attention to detail
