We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Manager to join a manufacturing team in Durban and Johannesburg where they will be responsible for operational and tactical leadership.
Candidate Requirements
In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for strategically managing a warehouse; overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations;
site performance and KPI implementation; reporting to stakeholders; enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures; ensuring quality and legislative requirements; and managing stock control.
Matric is essential, as well as a degree qualification in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain Management and/or Commerce. Must have at least 3 years’ proven experience in a management role in a large size warehouse operation, and manufacturing and costing experience.
