Here are the reasons why you are struggling to get employment.
You don’t have Matric
Even if you have NCV certificate, there are those jobs who cannot accept NCV certificate. A lot of companies prefer to employ someone who passed grade 12 so if you don’t have grade 12, try to do your grade 12.
You did Mathematical literacy
A lot of opportunities requires pure mathematics. Even if your Mathematical literacy is well passed, it will never make any difference if the post says “pure mathematics”
You have a bad credit.
Some companies especially those who are dealing with money, they don’t feel comfortable giving employment to someone who promised to pay the debt from a certain company and failed to pay. They believe that the person cannot be trusted.
You have a criminal record.
The company will make sure that you do not Have any ciminal record because once they find that you do, they can terminate your contract.
You need to be careful always.
