Join the Core Group/iStore team as a Part‑Time Apple Sales Consultant and help customers discover Apple technology that fits their lives. You’ll provide consultative, friendly service on the shop floor, confidently demonstrate Apple products, and support store operations to deliver a seamless, premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities
Greet customers, assess needs, and provide tailored product demonstrations and recommendations.
Sell Apple products and accessories (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, AirPods) with a consultative approach that drives conversion and repeat business.
Maintain brand‑compliant merchandising and product displays.
Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions, and handle cash/card procedures accurately.
Assist with stock management: receiving, tagging, cycle counts, and replenishment.
Support loss‑prevention procedures and secure handling of high‑value inventory.
Meet personal and store sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Provide after‑sales support and guide customers on Apple services (iCloud, AppleCare, device setup).
Work weekends, public holidays, and flexible retail hours as required.
Minimum requirements

Matric (or equivalent) completed.
Retail experience in a customer‑facing environment; experience selling technical products (cellphones/laptops) preferred.
Basic knowledge of Apple products and ecosystems, or willingness to learn quickly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work retail shift patterns, including weekends.
Reside within 10 km of Mall of Africa or willing to commute reliably.
Eligible to work in South Africa (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit).
Desirable
Previous experience with POS systems, stock management, or retail operations.
Familiarity with AppleCare, device setup, or technical troubleshooting.
Retail qualification or short course in sales/customer service.
