As a key player in our buying department, you will be responsible for making a minimum of 100 calls daily to follow up on expired leads and securing at least 75 deals per month. Key Responsibilities:

Conducted daily outreach to potential clients and managed lead assignments.

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with buyers and management to optimize lead management processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in an outbound call center environment.
