Floor Salesperson Clothing
We seek a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic Pick n Pay Clothing team in Parys, Free State. As a Floor Salesperson Clothing, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maximizing sales, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer care by interacting and communicating effectively with customers
- Meet store sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge
- Display merchandise according to company standards
- Handle stock following set procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Perform all sales-related duties, including accurate and efficient till operation
- Ensure general health, safety, and housekeeping standards are met
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric or relevant tertiary qualification
- 1 year+ experience in clothing retail
- Passion for retail and a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work hard and adapt to shopping mall hours
- Assertiveness and effective communication skills
- Alignment with Pick n Pay’s values
- Self-motivation and a drive for personal development
- Good service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
