The General Worker position at AVBOB in Johannesburg, Gauteng is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the office to a high standard.
The key responsibilities include:
Performing cleaning tasks to ensure high hygienic standards in the office
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping the office floor
Dusting office furniture and flowers
Cleaning waste bins
Cleaning and washing hand basins, toilets, and sinks
Checking and replenishing toilet paper and soap in the toilets
Making tea and coffee
Washing dishes and dish cloths
Refilling tea and coffee dispensers
Refilling the water cooler
Washing office windows
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of Grade 10 education, with cleaning experience being a definite advantage. The ability to communicate in English and good interpersonal skills are also preferred.
