** Admin Assistant (Fixed Term)**

 

**Location:** Afrimat Hartebeesfontein, Balmoral

 

**Closing Date:** 28 June 2024

 

**Minimum Experience & Key Competencies Requirements:**

 

– Matric / Grade 12

– 2+ years of experience as an Admin Assistant

– Driver’s license (essential)

– Own car (advantage)

– Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

– Experience with CRM, SAGE 300, and On Key System (advantage)

– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

**Responsibilities Include:**

 

– Creating work orders

– Creating purchase orders

– Capturing and ordering diesel

– Monitoring diesel usage on a weekly basis

– Assisting with timesheets

– Filing all admin documentation

– Ordering office equipment as required

– Ordering PPE as required

– Assisting at the weighbridge

– Drafting minutes of meetings as required

 

**Additional Requirements:**

 

– Candidates must be medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act and the Company standards for medical fitness

– Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Balmoral area
