Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage daily office operations, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

 

Maintain and update records in SharePoint for seamless team collaboration.

 

Assist with basic HR tasks, such as onboarding support and employee queries.

 

Handle debtors and creditors processes, including invoice tracking and reconciliations.

 

Coordinate workshop logistics, ensuring supplies and documentation are always up-to-date.

 

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

 

Matric certificate (essential).

 

Proven administrative experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment.

 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint.

 

Exposure to HR functions.

 

Basic knowledge of debtors and creditors.
