Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to alarm conditions and emergencies.
- Conduct active patrolling and intelligence gathering.
- Safeguard clients and property, providing armed escorts when necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents and response activities.
- Monitor communication channels effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) is compulsory.
- Certification: Valid Grade C Armed Response certification and PSIRA registration are required.
- Experience: Previous experience in armed reaction is mandatory, with at least one year of driving experience.
- Licenses: Must possess a valid driver’s license and firearm competency (SAPS).
- Physical Fitness: Candidates must be physically fit to handle the demands of the role.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
- Background Check: No criminal record is permitted.
- Location: Applicants must reside within the Tshwane metropolitan area.
- Shift Work: Must be willing to work shifts (3 days on, 3 nights on, followed by 3 days off).
