Responsibilities
- Training: Participate in a combination of institutionalized and on-the-job training according to the learnership qualification and company standards.
- Safety and Quality: Drive safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and delivery to meet business objectives through standardized workplace training.
- Tool Usage: Learn to use tools and equipment for specialized process functions.
- Process Improvement: Engage in providing process alternatives to enhance assembly efficiency.
- Production Support: Assist production teams and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Integrity and Improvement: Maintain integrity in work tasks and identify opportunities for improvement.
Performance Measures
- Complete an approved training program as mandated by FMCSA and MerSeta.
- Adhere to a prescribed training schedule ensuring competence is achieved within the learnership duration.
- Rotate shifts for comprehensive exposure during the training period.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)
- Attention to detail under supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, goal-oriented, with a willingness to learn on the job.

Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate with a pass in:
- Pure Mathematics (Higher Grade/Standard Grade)
- English
- Must be unemployed individuals under the age of 35.
