Capitec Bank is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents, also known as Bank Better Champions. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service and creating positive client experiences within our branches across South Africa.

Role Overview

As a Bank Better Champion, you will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for managing branch flow and ensuring clients receive timely assistance. Your primary duties will include:

  • Welcoming clients and managing the queuing system.
  • Assisting clients with transactions through face-to-face interactions, ATMs, and online platforms.
  • Facilitating a seamless banking experience by guiding clients through Capitec’s services.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Grade 12 National Certificate or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in client service, particularly in retail or banking environments, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with banking products and processes will enhance your application.

 

Skills and Knowledge

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Basic Calculations: Ability to perform essential mathematical tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
