BKB Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable Commission Agent to join their Livestock & Properties Division in Klerksdorp, North West. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing livestock, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring a positive image of the organization through professional, effective, and innovative services.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Procure livestock for auctions through effective and innovative services
  • Sell livestock
  • Ensure constant growth in market share, revenue, and profitability
  • Procure, market, and handle auctions
  • Class livestock
  • Manage effective and efficient logistics and administrative processes
  • Gather producer information to facilitate effective marketing planning
  • Provide excellent customer service

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Agricultural Diploma/Degree with 3 years’ marketing experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the Livestock environment

Skills and Knowledge

  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Goal-oriented
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Decision-making skills
  • Fully bilingual and conversant in Afrikaans & English
  • Valid driver’s license
