**Job Purpose:**
Assist the Maitre D’ Hotel and Asst. Maitre D’Hotel in supervising Food and Beverage service activities, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to MSC Cruises policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Supervise Waiters, Asst. Waiters, and Buffet Staff.
– Ensure assigned stations are ready on time and guests are welcomed by name.
– Maintain guest satisfaction and replace waiters if necessary.
– Maximize revenue for food and beverage products.
– Oversee table settings, equipment use, and sanitation procedures (USPH).
– Monitor restaurant inventory and ensure staff familiarity with menu content and wine list.

**Requirements:**
– Fluent in English (oral and written).
– Additional European language (advantage).
– High School certificate or equivalent experience.

– Passion for hospitality and customer service.
– Cruise industry experience (advantage).
– STCW95 certification (compulsory).
