**Job Description:**
We are seeking dedicated individuals to perform general tasks with minimal induction required. This role entails loading and offloading stock, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with stock control, and executing hard manual labor. The position operates on a Monday to Saturday work schedule, including night shifts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Maintain general tidiness and cleanliness of premises
– Perform cleaning duties as required
– Assist with loading and offloading stock in adherence to company policies
– Execute ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time
– Uphold high standards of housekeeping on site
**Requirements:**
– Grade 12 or NQF4 qualification
– Ability to perform hard manual labor
– Fluency in English (reading and understanding)
– Physical fitness and stamina
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Time management skills with a focus on quality
