We are excited to offer a Stores Learnership opportunity in the vibrant province of KwaZulu-Natal. This learnership program will provide individuals with comprehensive cross-training, enabling them to operate seamlessly on both the sales floor and the service desk of a retail outlet.
The focus will be on customer interaction and stock management, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of retail operations. Successful candidates will be committed to learning, completing logbooks, and preparing for assessments, ultimately becoming competent and skilled crossed trained sales consultants.
What We Expect from You:
Work a minimum of 120 hours during the learnership period.
Embrace the opportunity to learn and develop a strong foundation of knowledge in the retail industry.
Diligently prepare for assessments to showcase your understanding and skills.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in finding merchandise.
Implement visual merchandising principles to create an appealing store environment.

Requirements:
Minimum of Grade 10 education.
