It looks like the corruption in The Eastern Cape Province is more compared to other provinces. When it comes to handling this PAYE Programme They literally fail.
This comes after former Teacher Assistants and General School Assistants were promised to work for a few months last year and they will finish their work in 2023.
It is more than just corruption the people who are in charge of this programme must be arrested. They cannot let someone sign a contract promising them employment that they know it is a lie.
This 2023 the very same thing happened. There are assistants who are working and there are assistants who are still at home. They are told that they will report on duty in May or even June 2023. Their contract might be ending in September so they reduce the Months that they will be working.
In Some provinces the programme is already operating and people are working full months and they will get paid their full salaries from February to September.
This thing of Curriculum must not go to work now and reading champions must wait is another form of corruption that was implemented last year and they saw it working and this year they hope that it will be working.
This Job is a solution for many people because it puts food on the table but the corruption must come to an end. The Political parties must intervene and people do not know where to raise their complaints about this programme.
